Manasa Dotson, MS

Manasa Dotson is a nationally certified Licensed Professional Counselor who enjoys working with adolescents and adults in individual, couple and family modalities. She received a BA in Psychology and a MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Texas.

She specializes in the treatment of eating disorders, anxiety, depression, communication and family dynamics. Her experience includes working at residential, inpatient, partial hospitalizations and intensive outpatient levels of care.

As a person of South Asian descent and a first generation American, she can relate to the immigrant experience as well as the experience of being the child of immigrants. She has a unique experience and understanding of cultural acceptance, diversity, interracial relationships and family transitions.

She believes that everyone deserves to feel comfortable, confident, and have a sense of belonging in their own communities. She believes that the client is the expert on themselves and therefore approaches counseling as a collaboration between herself and the client. Manasa is able to offer counseling services in English, Kannada and Telugu.

Tiffany Ziegler, MS

Tiffany Ziegler is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Towson University and a Master’s of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from McDaniel College. Her professional experience includes working at inpatient hospitals, non-profit mental health, and public and private schools. 

Tiffany specializes in anxiety, depression, life transitions, blended families, and self-harm. She enjoys working with clients to help them reach their goals while honoring the parts that make them human. She is passionate about working with adolescents and young adults.

Tiffany strives to show up in the therapy space as her authentic self and understands how essential human connection is to the therapy process. She works to create a space where clients feel they can also show up as their authentic and genuine self. She honors the client as the expert in their life and allows them to move at their pace while providing guidance to work through things that may be difficult.

She uses different types of therapy that are most effective for each client. Tiffany primarily adopts a client centered approach and utilizes modalities such as existential and solution focused as well as cognitive behavioral and dialectal behavioral modalities.

Sarah Richmond, MSW

Sarah Richmond is a Licensed Master Social Worker with a background in partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient settings. She earned her Bachelor's in Social Work from the University of Oklahoma and a Master's in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Sarah's social work background gives her a holistic and person-centered perspective. She understands how individual experiences and broader social systems interact, allowing her to approach clients' challenges with empathy and understanding. This understanding helps her recognize the impact of environmental and relational factors on mental health.

Specializing in anxiety, panic disorder, and obsessive-compulsive disorder, Sarah is particularly passionate about supporting young adults during significant life transitions. She uses a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness practices. 

Sarah believes that authenticity is the cornerstone of effective therapy, fostering a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere in her sessions. By using humor and a warm, client-centered approach, she creates a safe space that encourages open dialogue and deeper self-exploration, empowering clients to achieve personal growth and emotional well-being.
